I am passionate about helping executives and leadership teams create workplaces where people feel empowered, supported, and equipped to thrive. This commitment has guided my 20+ year career in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, and Executive Coaching.

in 2019, I earned my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification to expand my expertise as an Executive Coach. in 2022, I founded my coaching and advisory practice to help leaders and organizations across industries build stronger cultures, navigate complexity, embrace change, and scale their impact.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two teenage sons in San Francisco, teaching weekly Zumba classes, hiking outdoors, and pursuing my 200-hour Yoga Certification.
